1980 Harley-Davidson FXWG Shovelhead in Decatur, GA

Harley Davidson FXWG Shovelhead. This is the first year FXWG Wide Glide. Great riding bike in good condition. This bike started a trend and was considered the first custom bike built as a standard model for Harley and the first factory flame paint job by Harley. This is a very collectible year and model. Including a new top end only approximately [removed phone] miles on it since rebuild. Also new electric's including new switches, new wiring, new headlight, new ignition switch, new battery.So the electric start works just as it should as well as kick start. We also put new clutches and a new clutch hub in the bike. This bike also has an S&S E carburetor on it which is a great carburetor for performance and reliability for shovels. Paint on the bike is also in good shape has a touch up on gas tank but is in the black and not in the flame area and has a brush like area where something brushed against it also only in the black on left hand gas tank near the seat area. Front and rear fenders are in near perfect shape. Bike does have a typical leak either primary and/or tranny main seal. No leaks from the engine and runs, sounds and shifts fantastic.
